At Nancy's Linens, we stand behind our goods and service and strive for excellent quality. We are happy to assist you in anyway, always going above and behind to satisfy our customers and building lasting relationships.

We are a small store and don't always have a lot of room to keep everything in stock please be patient with us and we will always try to get your order to you as soon as possible. Note that custom linen orders from certain companies may take up to 8 weeks for delivery, we will always do our best to email the estimated delivery time for your package with your order confirmation.

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days. Products must be in their original packaging.

Personalized items are not returnable. Please make sure that correct spelling, thread colors, and monogram styles are all accurate before placing your order. If we made the mistake, we will replace the item cheerfully. But if your order was not proofed and the mistake was yours, we will first try our best to correct the monogram, but often times the item will have to be replaced at full price.

Custom Linen orders are not returnable.

Gifts that are not personalized can be returned for a store credit of equal value.

Shipping Policy

Shipping within the state of Michigan is $13 a package under 15lb.

Shipping out of state within the continental U.S. is $16 a package under 15lb.

For oversized shipments over 15lb please call the store for your shipping rate to be determined.

In store pick-up is always available.
